Download it and look around right away. No card needed. In this first mode you can explore the editor and try things out, though your projection carries a small watermark and you can't save a project of your own yet. When you're ready to build your own show, that's the point where we ask for payment details, and that unlocks 30 days with every feature and no watermark. We didn't build the shop ourselves, so those details have to go in before the 30 days start. We wish it were otherwise. Nothing is charged until day 30, and you can cancel any time before then (even if we'd be a little sad).
Why macOS only?
We're a young startup, and we built Simpli Show as a cross-platform app from day one. But shipping a properly signed application means separate code signing certificates from Apple and Microsoft, and we're starting with one step at a time. We'd love to bring Simpli Show to Windows, but only if you tell us the demand is there. So if you'd like a Windows version, let us know!

Then you don't have to pay for this. Tell us about your school and your group and we'll set up a licence at no cost, valid for a year. When the year is up you can extend it the same way. Nothing renews on its own and no payment details are involved. We look at each request by hand, so there's nothing to prove up front.
